Ecology pilot resources. "Human factor".

Flight activity is based on the qualifications of decision-makers. The procedures and actions are accompanied by the influence of factors of the internal and external environment of air transport. Intentional and unintentional actions leading to undesirable consequences of the results are called the phenomenon of "human factors". The study of the nature of erroneous actions leads to conclusions about the deep origin in the structures of the human psyche in the process of intentions, judgments and expression of will. Assessment of the consequences takes place against the background of a changing environment and individual consciousness. The results are more often perceived as not in line with the original intent.

The study of this subject in the technocratic activity of society is conducted in a narrowly pragmatic way. The existing classifications of erroneous actions by pilots are of practical value, but they are loosely related. In our opinion, the share of real errors of the pilot in the total number of incidents is less by an order of magnitude from the attributed ones and amounts to a few percent. These are errors of incompetence, inexperience and, last but not least, negligence. The concept of chains and spheres of erroneous action factors proposed in our work can be the main synthesized model for another understanding of the nature of errors of flight labor operators and similar professions.

The main areas of origin of errors are the flight process, rules and procedures, technique and environment. Process empirical models, in our opinion, are the most promising direction for studying and managing the resources of pilots and the transport complex. The pilot ecology study and resource concept promotes us and provides answers to questions and recommendations for practical action. However, there is a different range of issues. The flight crew is a critical section of the entire air transport system. "Every employee of the airline has one foot in the cockpit," reads the principle of aviation management. Any incident can be regarded as a failed organizational process.

The resources of a pilot in the course of a particular flight are the concentration of the activities and resources of all participants in the transport complex. Adaptation of the pilot and consumers to the external environment can last for millennia, if we do not find other concepts of movement in space or other ways to satisfy aeromotivation. The main source of aeromotivation is the requirements of social development, the imperatives of reason: the need for flights and, presumably, the archetypes of biogenesis - the desire for flight. Determination of quantitative mechanisms of aeromotivation is a real way of developing professional selection methods.

The development and standardization of the selection of candidates for the initial flight characteristics of the profession in the future is likely to undergo major changes. And it is possible that the characteristics traditionally considered the pilot, such as phlegm, tranquility, stability, psychomotor, will in future selection system less preferred. Since we found that these qualities are an obstacle to the crew resource management. Moreover, they favor the negative transfer of skills during transition.

Psychophysiological overload flight personnel is due to the inadequacy of the human body mode and technical systems. Automated systems for aircraft crew must not give uniformly distributed all available information on all systems and different, with emphasis on the degree of importance according to the phase of flight at a given time. In this - the meaning of the process of resource management pilot and flight.

Knowledge and conscious management of the operating energy of the pilot - is a key imperative for professional pilots. Cardinal regime change Ecology and reduced pilot fatigue is now fundamentally insurmountable because of the large spatial and temporal movement of labor and the nature of the operator.

A set of developed models of professionalism of the flight may be one of the starting positions of the standardization of professional activity. The developed model of professional driver profile is a material for the development of specific quantitative methods and evaluation of personnel toasting the airline. Perhaps the creation of a bank of empirical standards, that will be a source of formal flight standards of professionalism and at the same time necessary to control material for research.

The study of the "human factor", in the very formulation of the research subject, is equivalent to the ontology and pointless for the domain of air transport. "Pilot error" - a consequence of various sets of attenuation incongruence resource states - chain processes of all participants in the transport sector. Real pilot error does not exceed one per cent of the causes of accidents.

For a long period of time, the safety of flights in the USSR, and later, was at the level and withstood comparison with the average world statistics of accidents. I remember that this was the trump card of aviation officials. The question arises - how did we manage to maintain a level of security that could compare with the international average? The answer is very simple: only at the expense of thoughtless, predatory squandering of their own resources. First of all, human, more precisely - flight technical. The life expectancy of our professionals, according to various estimates, is 10-15 years less than abroad.
