The customers themselves were forced to abandon this equipment, since the installation of this progressive equipment would lead to a greater cost of further development of the F-22 project. The winner in this contest in the summer of 1991 year was announced the machine, which was created by such companies: Lockheed, Boeing and Dynamics.
