The Fokker 50 is a short-haul Dutch airliner.

Made the first flight 28.12.1985. Used as a regional aircraft. The aircraft is equipped with an airtight fuselage, retractable tricycle landing gear with a nose wheel. The glider of this aircraft is mostly similar to the tested Fokker F27 aircraft, but it is equipped with PrattWithney Canada PW125B turboprop engines with increased fuel efficiency and a little noisy six propellers. Serially produced in 1987 — 1996's. Produced only about 220 copies of different versions of the aircraft.
