Futura - French military unmanned aerial vehicle developed by «Alcore Technologies».

The design of the Futura unmanned aerial vehicle was carried out by French aircraft builders on the basis of a special order from the representatives of the military command. A new air facility was to be launched to carry out tasks related to reconnaissance, observation and patrolling, control of military units, etc. Often, the model of this aircraft is confused with the Futura Versatile unmanned aerial vehicle, which is produced by the same company and has some similarities with this drone, however, in reality, the Futura model is more high-tech.

Unmanned aerial vehicle model Futura has a completely conventional dimensions for drones of this class, in particular, the device has a length and width equal to two meters, thus, its own drone weighs 20 kg, which is why the launch of the UAV is made using a special booster catapult.

French unmanned tactical aircraft Futura model unit is equipped with turbojet engine, which allows the device to accelerate to the maximum speed of its movement in 360 km \ h. However, a number of other UAV parameters, such as limiting the flight altitude and the battery life is largely limited to some extent reduces the effectiveness of operational UAV capabilities.

Due to the current demand for drones in this model, production continues to this day.
