The countries of the Group of Seven (G7) are considering the possibility of imposing sanctions on some companies from China, Iran and North Korea for alleged support of Russia in the military sphere. This was reported on Wednesday by Bloomberg, citing sources.

According to them, the authorities of the G7 countries believe that companies from these countries "supply Russia with spare parts and technologies for military purposes." It is planned that sanctions may be introduced on the eve of February 24. The final decision on sanctions has not yet been made, it is possible that the restrictive measures introduced by the G7 countries may differ from each other. The list of companies against which it is planned to impose sanctions has not been fully formed, the agency clarifies.
