The critical infrastructure of Kyiv survived the winter, he said, thanks to the round-the-clock work of power engineers and public utilities. 

The German Iris-T SLM air defense system helped protect the infrastructure from strikes, he said.

Recall that at the end of November, Klitschko said that in the event of a deterioration in the situation in the capital, evacuation would be required.
