"Night Flight" and "Southern Postal" Antoine de Saint-Exupery

"Southern Postal" and "Night Flight" are the first novels of this author, inspired by his own experience (1927-1929). Exupery spent these years in Africa, being the head of the Cap Jubi airfield, which is located in the south of Morocco, after which he left as the technical director of Aeroposta Argentina. The Order of the Legion of Honor found its hero in 1930 for his contribution to the development of aviation.

2 books are very similar to each other. In the novels sustained aviation themes, as well as the difficult lives of people. Every person is forced to fight the dangers of the external world, with their complexes and fears. The author describes in his own manner the inner world of a person, the thin threads of relationships that keep us on this earth. One story about failed love, life and flight. Few people can remain indifferent to this sad, earthly and heavenly history.
