Turkey decided to use this moment to evacuate its military personnel from observation posts deployed earlier in northern Hama and southern Idlib, which is obviously due primarily to the fact that the Syrian Arab Army will try to occupy the entire northern part of Hama, completely displacing the militants from this area.
