The Syrian army resumed its assault on the position of terrorists in southern Idlib. According to the data presented, as a result of a powerful and unexpected attack by the Syrian military, it was possible to take control of a significant part of the territory in the south of Idlib.

It is known that after successfully taking control of the settlement of al-Mushairif, the terrorists tried to counterattack the positions of the SAA from various directions, however, thanks to the support of the Aerospace Forces, the militants only suffered serious losses.

New facilities appear at Hmeimim airbase

At the Khmeimim airbase, seven shelters were erected for Russian aerospace forces helicopters, which will provide protection against terrorist attacks, and will provide an opportunity to shelter rotorcraft from the adverse effects of meteorological conditions.

At the moment, the construction of two more shelters is being completed, the commissioning of which is scheduled before the end of this year.

It should be clarified that it was previously assumed that additional air defense equipment would be deployed in the area.
