The latest news of the fighting in Syria on November 29, 2019
Militants now have modern tanks
Turkey has handed over to the Syrian terrorists at least two German Leopard tanks, which have already been spotted on the front lines in Idlib province. Thus, the Turkish side actively supports terrorists who oppose the Syrian government forces and regularly carry out attacks on the Russian military in this region of Syria.
Ankara has not officially commented on the transfer of heavy tanks, however, obviously, this can have serious problems for Turkey, moreover, not only in relations with Russia, but also in relations with NATO.
Militant air strikes resumed
The Russian Air Force and the Syrian Air Force resumed striking at terrorist positions in the provinces of Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, due to the buildup of militants in their immediate vicinity of the demarcation zone.
At the moment, at least 20 sorties are being reported, and most of the attacks were carried out on militant columns, which also emphasizes the fact that the terrorists are trying to move to the front line.
