USA leaves northern Syria

The US military began hastily leaving northern Syria, after announcing that a Turkish military operation in the area would begin within the next 48 hours.

At the moment, it is known that the US military is leaving quite large settlements, which in turn indicates the fact that Ankara really intends to strike in the northern part of Syria, ensuring the safety of the further offensive.

Specialists, by the way, are very skeptical of such an offensive operation, believing that we are talking directly about occupation.

Kurds left without Washington’s support

Syrian democratic forces accused Washington of betrayal, noting that due to US actions, terrorists could return to Syria again. The reason for this is the withdrawal of the US military from the northern part of the Arab Republic.

It should be clarified that the Kurds, who form the basis of the Syrian democratic forces, really fought against terrorists, but, obviously, in Washington they fear that Turkey will start uncontrollably attacking the positions of the US military.
