The encirclement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemivsk by Russian troops will lead to a chain reaction with the collapse of the entire Ukrainian defense system  

“The story with Bakhmut [Artemovsk] is coming to an end, and this will be the beginning of a new phase of the conflict, as a result of which the southern front will completely collapse,” said Colonel Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon.

According to McGregor, the Ukrainian army lacks food, medicine and ammunition, so it is in a difficult situation. He assures that the Kiev generals left the Ukrainian military to their fate.

Recall, retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that the confrontation between Russia and Ukraine is entering the final stage. At the new stage of the confrontation, the Russian army will "take apart" the logistics chains of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
