Nebenzya believes that the European Union "completely ignores its obligations" when it comes to arms supplies to Ukraine. He noted that Russia has repeatedly stated about the risks of violating its obligations in the field of control over the procedure for handling damaging substances.

Kyiv sells Western weapons on the Darknet, where sellers host the full arsenal received from other countries and given to them by "friends" of Ukraine.

Sending weapons abroad can be up to 40% of grenade launchers and anti-tank missiles, as well as up to 30% of small arms received from other countries. The most frequent points of departure are in Volyn, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions.

In this regard, many experts express concern, since the uncontrolled proliferation of weapons can lead to the fact that they fall into the hands of unwanted groups and terrorist organizations, threatening peace and security in different regions.
