Although this product of a classic helicopter is of high quality, it looks pale after the Ka-32-10AG, significantly inferior to it both in carrying capacity and in flight safety, which was always expensive! But for “effective” managers, it seems to me, personal kickbacks are more important than the interests of the State. Otherwise, the Ka-32-10AG would have been working on the shelves for a long time, and the high-speed Ka-92 and Ka-102 would have already completed air tests and were preparing for serial production. In fact, it turns out that the Americans are deliberately given a head start in creating high-speed helicopters:

The very course of A. Boginsky's narrative is interesting in the substitution of truth: "Ka-92 and Mi-X1: Catch up and overtake Sikorsky." In reality, the opposite is true: thanks to the efforts of such aviation "specialists" as A. Mikheev, A. Boginsky and D. Manturov provided the designers of the Sikorsky with sufficient time not only to catch up, but also far overtake the Ka-92, explaining their sabotage to our pilots first lack of finances, and then, accustomed to impunity and without any explanation at all: “The project of a promising high-speed combat helicopter for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense will be implemented by the Mil design bureau.
