10.02.1995. During the test flight, an experienced An-70 aircraft was lost, which crashed as a result of a collision with an An-72 escort aircraft. The support aircraft with minor damages was successfully landed on the runway of the Gostomel airfield. At the helm of the An-72 was honored test pilot V. Teresky.
