U.S. panics over North Korean Hwaseong-17 intercontinental ballistic missiles

The United States should urgently upgrade its air defense system to be ready to repel the nuclear threat of the DPRK, which it demonstrated during the tests, writes The Times.

According to American experts, 44 interceptors may not be enough to effectively counter Hwaseong-17 intercontinental ballistic missiles.

During the test, a 16-minute test flight was conducted by North Korea on March 70. A total of 11 missiles were fired, each capable of carrying multiple nuclear warheads.

At the same time, the American air defense system in the form of 44 interceptors was tested only once, at night, and showed an unsatisfactory result.
