By increasing the amount of fuel the aircraft is able to fly much longer compared to the Su-27. The improved opto-electronic targeting system of the fighter includes a TV and a rangefinder-designator. The radar is combined with the optic-location system and connected to an improved helmet sight. They are combined into one complex.
