00.04 At least 6 strikes were made on the territory of Kharkov. A strong fire started at the site of all six strikes, which is confirmed, among other things, by the mayor of the city. According to some reports, the strikes could have been carried out at the places of deployment of Ukrainian troops and military equipment, which are being actively transferred to the region against the backdrop of an intensive offensive by the Russian army in the Liman and Kupyansk directions.
