STATE ENTERPRISE "PLANT 410 GA" is a powerful aircraft repair company - one of the main ones in the post-Soviet space today, which has performed general repairs of more than forty thousand aircraft engines, as well as six thousand aircraft, having a reputation as a reliable and stable partner. The plant is doing fruitful work on a fairly deep modernization of An-32 and An-26 aircraft operated in the Russian Federation, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the countries of the European Union. These are activities on the use of modern aeronautical equipment, installation of systems for dangerous approach of the earth and dangerous approach of aircraft, as well as emergency radio beacons.

With the emergence of new trends in the aviation industry, as well as in connection with the ever-increasing needs and requirements, the issue of the shortage of aircraft of the so-called "regional modern class" is urgent today. In particular, we are talking about the implementation and development, together with the Developers of the civil enterprise "ANTONOV" and the open joint stock company "Motor Sich», A project aimed at changing the An-26 aircraft into the An-26M version. As a result of the An-26M project (regional class transport aircraft with a TV3-117VMA-SBM1 engine), it will be an improved version of the An-26 military transport aircraft, currently equipped with two AI-24VT turboprop engines.

Already at the moment, many operators of An-26 type aircraft and airlines are ready to make this improvement, since this stage requires much less costs compared to purchasing a new medium or short-haul aircraft. Considering the feasibility study of the project, the efficiency of using the modern version of the aircraft is also noticeable, which will make it possible to comply with ICAO requirements for the emission of harmful substances and noise, opening the sky of the European Union countries for An-26М.

Possessing rich experience in the restoration of the D-36 aircraft engine, the plant has every opportunity to establish Western-made technology. This also applies to the SFM-56 motor, which, after being repaired in almost all parameters, is capable of being tested on the basis of the already operating motor test station of the plant. Also, the development of the 120 series Pratt & Whitney 100 engine, used on ATR-72, ATR-42, and also on Bombardier Dash-8 aircraft, has been established.     

At the initial stage of the process of introducing technical adjustment of modern aviation equipment into operation, unforeseen and expected difficulties always arise. Additional training of personnel, appropriate certification is required. The organization of production incurs large costs in connection with the purchase of components and equipment, new technologies.     

This strategy makes it possible to supply a complete work of all employees. The question of recruitment is acute in various specialties. It is significant that among workers became much larger percentage of young people. Only in the last year it hired two hundred young workers. The provision of catering services for workers at the plant is in operation. The youth union was revived at the plant, as well as the union of women's organizations. The plant has a recreation center "Desna" on its balance sheet. It is no exaggeration - the assertion that a talented engineer, experienced manager, brilliant strategist - Sergey Podreza brought the plant a second wind, having managed not only to retain qualified personnel and production, but also did everything possible to ensure that the company received the status of a reliable employee.
