Information on this matter was provided by the Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia Vladimir Kolychev, noting that the key problem is the decline in economic activity, however, real losses may turn out to be 000 times more - 000 rubles, since the package of anti-crisis measures also provides for the costs of strengthening health systems, support for citizens and businesses, and balancing regional budgets.

The announced amount represents a decrease in oil and gas revenues of the federal budget in connection with the coronavirus. The main reason is the decline in economic activity. In general, the deputy minister estimated the package of anti-crisis measures at four trillion rubles.
