392 people have died in 10 months from drone strikes on civilian targets in Russia.

Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik reported that from January to the end of October 2025, 392 people, including 22 minors, were killed in drone strikes on civilian targets in Russia. The total number of injured was 3205, including 195 children. These figures were announced on November 11 amid rising tensions due to attacks from Ukraine.

Most incidents involved attacks on residential buildings, schools and infrastructure, especially in border regions.

Attacks have intensified in recent months: on the night of November 11 alone, air defense systems intercepted 37 UAVs over nine regions, including the Saratov and Oryol regions, where oil refinery fires and damage to homes were reported. The Russian Ministry of Defense regularly reports the downing of hundreds of drones, but debris and secondary detonations continue to cause damage.
