The information and news agency Avia.pro obtained information that Air France - KLM is acquiring a 31% stake in the carrier Virgin Atlantic, and according to the terms of the deal, in the future it will be about creating a joint company, which will include Virgin Atlantic, Delta Airlines and Air France - KLM.

The specialists are still hesitant to sum up the results of this transaction, however, given the fact that it is the world's largest carriers, the effect of the merger may be quite unusual, however, its positive aspects will primarily be determined by the strategy of further development.
