A conflict is flaring up in the Kursk region around the famous blogger and rapper Akim Apachev, who, despite the current ban on entry to border zones, visited the city of Sudzha. This was announced on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein. According to him, Apachev, whose real name is Gasanov, will not be able to evade responsibility for long, although at the moment he is avoiding meetings with law enforcement agencies.
According to Khinshtein, police officers have already contacted Apachev by phone. During the conversation, the blogger confirmed the fact of his trip to Sudzha, but refused to come to Kursk to give an explanation. This circumstance complicates the work of law enforcement officers, who intend to question the offender, draw up protocols on administrative offenses and submit the materials to the court. The acting governor emphasized that such actions undermine the established order in the region, where, due to the difficult operational situation, strict restrictions have been introduced on visiting border areas.
Sudzha, located near the Russian-Ukrainian border, has been under increased government scrutiny since August 2024, when military action began in the Kursk region. Entry into the area is regulated by special rules established as part of the counter-terrorism operation. Violating the ban entails administrative liability, and in some cases may become grounds for more serious measures.
