The Americans showed a cruise missile to strike the Crimea

A special cruise missile was created in the United States to strike the Crimea.

The US military has created and successfully tested a new cruise missile for strategic bombers B-1B Lancer, which has already been called a means of attacking the Crimean Peninsula. We are talking about the AGM-158 cruise missile, which, according to the American military and Russian media, may well penetrate the airspace of the Crimean peninsula and successfully strike, breaking through the defenses of even the S-400 Triumph complexes, which raises very serious concerns, especially after the Americans announced that they had received all the necessary information to block the operation of the radars of Russian air defense systems.

“The US Air Force has published for the first time photographs of the B-1B Lancer strategic bomber with an AGM-158 cruise missile suspended from a pylon under the fuselage. The photo session definitely deserves attention, since this aircraft with this missile poses a serious threat to strategic Russian facilities, including in the Crimea. Relatively recently, these bombers flew over the Black Sea, and given the range and accuracy of the AGM-158, especially its long-range version, they do not even need to enter the S-400 range to attack. After modernization, the B-1B will be able to carry up to 12 AGM-158 missiles or AGM-158C anti-ship missiles in addition to 24 more ammunition in the internal compartments. ", - about it сообщает Russian information publication "Utro.ru".

Considering the fact that the S-300 and S-400 complexes use 2-3 missiles to hit one target, it is logical to assume that at least 24 anti-aircraft guided missiles will be required to repel a large-scale attack of only one bomber, i.e., 6 mobile launchers, and in the event that several bombers operate at once, many questions arise as to whether Russian air defense units are concentrated in sufficient numbers in Crimea.

To date, relatively little is known about AGM-158 missiles - the American side does not disclose their characteristics.
