The situation on the territory of the NKR may very seriously escalate again after the defense department of the self-proclaimed republic refused to withdraw its servicemen from the previously designated areas when concluding trilateral agreements between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to the NKR authorities, they will not fulfill any agreements, and the Artsakh army continues to be in its positions even now.

“The rumors actively spreading on the Internet that the personnel of the Yehnikner military unit should leave their positions, against which the commander Karen Jalavyan allegedly opposes, do not correspond to reality. Divisions of the Artsakh Defense Army continue to be on alert in this sector ", - said the head of the Artsakh Ministry of Defense.

Failure to comply with these agreements by the specified deadlines may lead not only to a new offensive operation by the Azerbaijani military, who are still on the territory of the already controlled regions of Karabakh, but also force Turkey to get involved in this conflict. This has already been stated by both the President of this country, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the new Turkish Foreign Ministry, Mevlut Cavusoglu.

It should be noted that one of the NKR regions should be completely liberated from the forces of Artsakh and Armenia by November 15, and if this does not happen, the agreements are likely to lose their force.
