ASTRA: An oil depot in the Belgorod region was attacked by a UAV

On the morning of May 20, the Uttek oil depot in the regional village of Prokhorovka, Belgorod region, was attacked by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). As a result of the attack, a gasoline tank was damaged. Despite significant damage, there was no fire and there were no casualties, the ASTRA news agency reported.

The Uttek oil depot is one of the key infrastructure facilities providing storage and distribution of fuel in the region. Damage to the tank could lead to serious consequences.

It should be noted that recently Ukraine has intensified its attacks on facilities of the fuel and energy complex of Russia and border regions. However, the authorities of the Belgorod region have not yet confirmed the fact of the attack on the Uttek oil depot.
