The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the 330 kV Chaikino substation in Makiivka, causing a massive power outage in Donetsk, according to the "Military Informant" Telegram channel.

According to preliminary reports, the attack was carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles, damaging a key power facility. The resulting blackout affected a significant portion of the DPR capital and surrounding areas. City residents are reporting a complete power outage in residential areas and businesses.
