A Russian military strike damaged a television tower in the city center, raising the risk of collapse, EADaily reports.

"In order to prevent possible emergency situations and ensure the safety of city residents, work will be carried out in the near future to stabilize the structure," — stated in the message.

Local authorities advised residents to stay away from the tower and not enter a 200-meter radius around it. According to the Telegram channel "Truha Chernihiv," the attack occurred yesterday evening.
