Emergency plane landing

Emergency landing of a biplane in Canada

15 July. The pilot of a small sports aircraft made an emergency landing in the central part of Canada.

An emergency situation led to the need to make an emergency landing due to the fact that the engine failed in the plane, but the nearest airfield was about several tens of kilometers, and therefore the pilot of the aircraft decided to land the plane in an open area. It is reported that neither the aircraft nor its pilot were injured during the landing, and one of the probable causes of the incident is the obsolescence of the aircraft’s equipment, since the rare biplane took part in the battles during the Second World War.

The plane was heading to the air show in town Yellouknayfe, but since the incident, the air show took place without his participation.
