NATO aircraft dangerously approached Russian warships in the Mediterranean.

After two Russian warships were spotted near the border of the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas, it became known that an American military helicopter armed with anti-ship and anti-submarine weapons dangerously approached Russian ships off the coast of Greece. We can talk about the deliberate creation of a provocation.

The Russian warships did not show any dangerous behavior and were in international waters in accordance with established rules. However, subsequently, the American military helicopter Sikorsky MH-60R, armed with anti-ship and anti-submarine weapons, approached the Russian tanker Akademik Pashin and the corvette Guarding. The latter pursued Russian ships for some time, being in close proximity. According to preliminary data, the helicopter was raised from the US aircraft carrier George W. Bush, which is currently in the waters of the Adriatic Sea.

It should be noted that earlier it was assumed that Russian ships were sent on a mission to the Adriatic Sea, however, apparently, both ships remained in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
