May 17. In Laos, there was a crash of an air force plane with the highest military ranks on board.

The tragedy occurred in the north of the country, during a flight, in the province of Quang Seng. Total on board a military aircraft was 14 people, and the plane went to the celebration of the anniversary of the second division of the People's Army of the country.

In connection with the incident, all ceremonial events in the country are canceled, and a special commission is engaged in analyzing what happened.
