A drone exploded near a nuclear waste warehouse at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant

On the night of October 26, the Kursk nuclear power plant was attacked using unmanned aerial vehicles. A total of three drones were discovered, one of which exploded near a warehouse where nuclear waste was stored. This data is provided by Baza journalists.

The first drone fell in the area of the dog training camp and, fortunately, did not explode. The second drone, made in the form factor of a jet aircraft, carried an explosive device with it, however, it also did not go off and the device was found on the asphalt without signs of an explosion. However, the third UAV, which was heading towards a warehouse with nuclear waste, detonated, damaging the facade of the building.

At the moment, the possible consequences of the attack remain unknown.
