The Israeli Air Force successfully intercepted two drones launched by pro-Iranian forces from Iraq. This was reported by representatives of the Israeli military. According to the information, both drones were shot down before they could cross the Israeli border.

These drones posed a potential threat as they could cause significant damage if they reached Israeli territory. The operation to intercept them was carried out as part of regular actions to ensure the security of the country's airspace.

"Both drones were detected at an early stage and destroyed," - noted a representative of the Israeli army.

The type of drones has not yet been specified, however, apparently, the flight range of the latter is at least a thousand kilometers.
