Residents of the Slavyansky and Temryuksky districts of the Krasnodar Krai heard a series of explosions on the evening of December 5. According to preliminary reports, air defense forces are repelling an attack by Ukrainian Armed Forces drones.

Local witnesses reported approximately five explosions over populated areas. Bright flashes were seen over the bay, and the roar of engines was heard in the air. Air defense systems are destroying enemy drones at distant approaches.

There have been no official reports of casualties or damage so far. The presence of Ukrainian UAVs in the airspace has been reported.
