With 5 October 2013, the quota will be increased for the transportation of luggage to China from Ukrainian cities and back. Turkish Airlines has raised the bar for the allowed free weight of import and export baggage, which now amounts to 40 kg.

This innovation applies to tickets to economy classes, subject to departure from Ukraine to certain cities, namely Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Beijing. For each city there are restrictions on the weight of luggage. From Kiev, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk there is a quota of 30 kg. For transportation of luggage from Lviv, Donetsk and Simferopol - 40 kg.

The innovation will allow the passengers of the Turkish Airlines to bring more souvenirs from China.
