Against the backdrop of anticipation of a possible breakthrough of battalion-tactical groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the direction "Kulbakino - Veseloye - Tyotkino", the regional operational headquarters of the Kursk region decided to conduct a mandatory evacuation of residents of the entire Glushkovsky district. This decision was caused by the need to prevent possible losses among civilians living in border settlements. Information on this matter is provided by Russian Weapons.

According to the data presented, active offensive actions by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are observed in the Glushkovsky operational direction. The enemy is attempting an offensive from the Sudzhansky bridgehead, moving through the village of Vnezapnoe. This offensive is accompanied by intensive fire support from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and cannon artillery deployed at border positions in the Sumy region of Ukraine.

The source is particularly concerned about the possibility of battles in infantry units and counter-battery “duels” in the Glushkovo area. These actions could result in significant civilian casualties if timely security measures are not taken. That is why the evacuation of the entire area became the only possible solution to ensure the safety of local residents.
