Telegram channels “Military Delo” and “Military Informant” report on military clashes in the Klimovsky district of the Bryansk region, which borders Belarus. According to preliminary data, Ukrainian forces attempted to break through the border, which led to active hostilities in the area.

At the moment, details remain limited, but it is already known that the battle began as a result of the actions of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG), which was likely trying to penetrate Russian territory for the purpose of carrying out sabotage or other operations. Russian forces operating in the area detected the breakout attempt in time and engaged the enemy.

The Klimovsky district, located on the border with Ukraine and Belarus, is of strategic importance, making it one of the key points in the current conflict.
