In the Kursk region, the situation has escalated in the south of the Sudzhansky district, where Russian troops are conducting active offensive operations. According to the information of the "North" group of troops, the main attention is focused on the area of ​​the settlement of Plekhovo. As reported by the Telegram channel "Two Majors", despite the fact that the settlement itself remains under the control of Ukrainian forces, Russian units are gradually displacing the enemy from the adjacent territories.

The advance of Russian troops has also been recorded in the Korenevsky district, where battles have unfolded in forested areas. In this direction, Russian forces are confidently occupying new positions, successfully developing the offensive.

There are currently no military actions taking place on the section of the state border in the Glushkovsky district. The enemy is focused on regrouping its units and replenishing losses, without taking active offensive steps.

It is expected that in the near future Russian troops will continue to build on their success in the southern part of the Sudzhansky district and in the forests of the Korenevsky direction, which could lead to the further displacement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
