The Russian armed forces have significantly strengthened their group in the Kursk region, which has led to significant changes in the tactics of the Ukrainian troops. As reported by the Telegram channel "Arkhangel Spetsnaz", the build-up of the military contingent has deprived the Ukrainian Armed Forces of the ability to effectively use armored vehicles in this region.
Earlier, in the initial phase of the Ukrainian units' entry into the Kursk region, the main resistance to the enemy was provided by the border service, conscripts and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which did not have mass reconnaissance assets and attack drones. These circumstances played into the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, allowing the Ukrainian forces to use combat armored vehicles for breakthroughs and attacks.
However, the situation has now changed. Russian troops are actively using various types of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which has significantly increased their ability to strike at enemy armored vehicles, artillery positions, and personnel. As a result, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are forced to adjust their tactics, adapting to conditions similar to those on the eastern front.
