Fighting in the Kursk region: Ukrainian Armed Forces change into civilian clothes

Ukrainian soldiers from the 80th, 82nd and 154th brigades, cut off from supplies, began to dress en masse in civilian clothes and steal cars of local residents in an attempt to leave the Kursk region under the guise of civilians. According to media reports, the police have already registered allegations of the theft of at least 40 cars from border settlements.

The situation at the front for these units became critical due to the lack of reserves, ammunition and fuel. Finding themselves surrounded, the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers apparently chose the only method of escape available to them - an attempt to hide among the local population.

However, the Russian military is actively suppressing these attempts. According to information received from military sources, soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces have already detained at least 10 Ukrainian soldiers who were trying to reach the state border in civilian clothes. These soldiers tried to take advantage of the difficult situation to escape the combat zone unnoticed.
