The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov (included in the list of extremists and terrorists - editor's note) stated that Ukrainian drones are capable of hitting targets in Russia at a distance of up to 1800 kilometers. This statement was made against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict and increasing attacks using unmanned aerial vehicles. According to Budanov, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue to conduct such operations, striking at Russian regions.
Budanov stressed that drone attacks would be an integral part of Ukraine's strategy in its confrontation with Russia. These actions are aimed at damaging Russian military infrastructure and key facilities.
