In the city of Zavolzhye, Nizhny Novgorod region, a tragic incident occurred, the culprit of which was a former soldier of the private military company "Wagner" who returned from the North Military District zone. 55-year-old Oleg Grechko doused his sister with gasoline and set him on fire during a domestic dispute.

According to preliminary information, Grechko, who had several convictions for murder, decided to live with his sister on Turbinnaya Street after returning from the combat zone. However, relations between relatives quickly deteriorated. On the evening of September 28, due to a domestic dispute, a man in anger doused his sister with gasoline and set her on fire, while a private house was also engulfed in fire.
