Domestic air carriers will be able to use "black lists" since the autumn of this year.

"Black lists" will be nothing more than lists of those passengers to whom airlines can refuse to provide their services for reasons of violation of the rules of passenger transportation, if such cases are detected. Some experts believe that innovation is unlikely to bring much benefit, especially given the fact that every year, on the passenger planes of Russian air operators, about a thousand offenses are committed, which naturally, within several years will lead to the fact that air carriers will simply lose their customers.

According to the information available from the Avia.pro aviation resource, offenders on civilian air transport will be blacklisted for 5 years, while it is possible that instead of blacklists, a single base of offenders can be created can leave without the possibility to use air travel throughout the territory of the Russian Federation as a whole.
