Denmark will send 6 fighters to patrol in the Baltic States

March 27. Following a number of European countries, Denmark will soon also send 6 of its fighters to guard the EU borders to the Baltic countries.

These measures are primarily related to the fact that the issue between Russia and the countries of the European Union has worsened, but unlike a number of other states that sent their combat aircraft to the eastern borders of the EU, Denmark officially declared that this event is only temporary, More precisely, Danish aircraft will patrol the airspace of the borders of the European Union from 1 May to the end of August.

All six combat aircraft F-16 belong to the class of light military fighters of the fourth generation, and can be used only in a limited area, which is primarily associated with light weapons and a small range of flight.
