Flights from St Petersburg - Yakutsk detained at 14 hours.

According to news agency Avia.pro, the culprit was the fact that the passenger aircraft of the Russian carrier "Yakutia" has failed promptly to fly to St. Petersburg, and, the main reasons this is called a technical failure of the aircraft.
