Nine people in Poland were arrested due to suspicions of sabotage - they are linked to Russia

The Prime Minister of Poland said that nine suspects have been charged with participating in acts of sabotage allegedly committed by order of Russian intelligence services. These actions include beatings, arson and attempted arson, highlighting the seriousness of the situation.

"This matter is very serious" - noted the Prime Minister.

“In addition to Poland, this applies to several European countries, in particular Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Similar signals are also observed in Sweden,” - he added.

The investigation revealed a wide network of saboteurs operating in Poland and neighboring countries. It is reported that the attacks on the infrastructure were targeted, however, at the same time, Poland’s accusations are currently unfounded, since no evidence of a connection between the detainees and Russia has been presented.
