The US-Ukraine dialogue in Miami will continue over the weekend.

Meetings between Washington and Kyiv representatives on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine will continue on Saturday, Axios reports, citing informed sources. The American side remains optimistic about a possible agreement on territorial disputes.

The Ukrainian delegation is led by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov. On Thursday evening, the delegation held a two-hour session with President Donald Trump's envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The discussion resumed on Friday morning, covering details of the American talks with the Russian leadership and options for resolving differences.

An American official told Axios that Thursday's dialogue was "positive." The publication emphasized:

"While the public positions of Ukraine and Russia appear irreconcilable, American officials continue to believe that a compromise can be achieved even on the most sensitive territorial issue."
