Chinese Mugin-5 drones were used to strike Dzhankoy

Chinese drones were used to attack Dzhankoy.

Mugin-5 unmanned aerial vehicles have previously been used to attack the Crimean peninsula and, probably due to their low radar visibility, these drones have been used again by the Ukrainian military. However, one of the captured explosions initially raised doubts that conventional drones had been used in the attack. However, the wreckage of the drone indicates that "standard" Mugin-5 UAVs were used.

At the moment, it is known that one person was injured as a result of the attack on Dzhankoy. A 33-year-old man was hit in the chest by a piece of debris and is currently in the intensive care unit.

How exactly the drones managed to reach Dzhankoy and where they were launched from is unknown, however, information about the use of new drones by the Ukrainian military with a range of up to a thousand kilometers turned out to be unreliable.

How many drones were involved in the attack on Dzhankoy has not yet been specified, however, local residents report at least seven explosions.
