A spokesman for the Russian president hinted at tightening measures against coronavirus.

Russian President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the introduction of tough isolation measures against the spread of coronavirus infection in Moscow. According to him, these are not the toughest measures that can be introduced in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia, which caused very serious concern.

“Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov commented on Life’s regime of universal isolation introduced in Moscow. “These are far from tough measures. But these are measures in the interests of Muscovites, ”Peskov said.”- сообщает "Life".

What should be understood as the possible introduction of really harsh measures is unknown, however, to date, the situation with the introduction of an isolation regime in the Russian capital is not quarantined, however, obviously, the introduction of such measures is still being actively considered.

The authorities have not yet commented on the information that has appeared about the possible introduction of army units into Moscow, however, given the need to monitor compliance with the isolation regime, the forces of the Russian Guard and the police may not be enough, although until now information about the transfer of troops to Moscow has been categorically denied.
