Representatives of the Donetsk People's Republic reported downed Ukraine bespilotnike OSCE mission.

As the operational command of the self-proclaimed republic, January 31 2017, the Ukrainian military with the help of anti-aircraft missile system "Buk" with destruction of unmanned aircraft belonging to the OSCE mission, which carried out the fixation of data about violation the cease firing. It was possible to establish the fact of application of the Buk SAM due to the discovered fragment of the rocket, while the Ukrainian party categorically denies such information, citing the fact that such weapons are diverted from the line of direct contact with the enemy.

It should be noted that the very OSCE representatives such information has not yet commented.
